    Amazing hotel with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped with my luggage during my first stay. Highly recommended for comfort. I'll come back for my next city trip.

    I thoroughly enjoyed very helpful employees.

    Perfect location near to shops and conference centre, and KL Sentral and other places, and the room was modern. I had a pleasant stay for short vacation, they offered very good services. The bed was comfy and it comes with down pillows. Had a bath;)))

    Accommodating staff made sure we had a great stay for short vacation. Bedding was exceptionally comfortable, complete with feather pillows.

    I loved the apartment though some things didn't work.

    The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Location was unbeatable, right near all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. Just be prepared for a few quirks, like small toilets and occasional aircon issues. Still a fantastic stay!

    everything that is top! certainly worth repeating!

    By celebrating New Year it was a chaos in the lobby. I advise the hotel to make a better interior for the reception desk to receive the guests.

    The air conditioning in our apartment barely worked, making it sweltering at night. We waited forever for the room to be ready at check-in, and when it finally was, it was a different one than we reserved. Super frustrating!

    We had a great stay at Ascott Kuala Lumpur with my 6-year-old son. The spacious one-bedroom apartment was well-furnished and just a stone's throw from the Petronas Twin Towers and a short walk to Bukit Bintang. While WiFi was unreliable on the second day, the staff were really good. A few issues with cleanliness and pest control were noted, but overall, it was a comfortable stay.

    Spacious room, comfortable bed, with high-quality toiletries in the bathroom, made my stay enjoyable, and being just a 10-minute stroll from the KLCC allows for easy access to various attractions nearby.
